Go Greens Farm is a family business that was established in the Spring of 2021. We are committed to sharing the convenience and health benefits of microgreens with our community.
We have always tried to provide a balanced diet for our family with a specific focus on adding greens to most meals. Through the years, we have gardened and tried to source local produce as much as possible. Having this microgreens business come into our lives is a blessing for us because we now can have nutritious greens with most of our meals all while establishing Go Greens Farm as a successful business in our community.
We are often asked how we got started in the microgreens business. Our boys desired an opportunity to explore entrepreneurship and because of their natural attraction to gardening, we saw microgreens as a wonderful way for them learn about a unique way of farming as well as gain experience in the many aspects of business. They have thoroughly enjoyed every moment and wake up on their own preparing for every market without hesitation! To see them working together and learning to communicate effectively with the public has been invaluable.
Right now, their jobs consist of setting up and breaking down the tent and display, as well as working alongside us at the various markets that we attend. As time goes on, we hope that they will continue to grow in knowledge, integrity and discipline and be able to one day take the experiences that they are gaining and apply them to whatever they are led to do as adults.
